By using and purchasing from www.taylormation.co.uk you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Newsletter

When you purchase from us we will add your email to our newsletter list. If you would rather not receive the occasional email then please contact us on info@taylormation.co.uk and your details will be removed immediately.

Price

Prices as stated on our website are in £GBP (British Pound Sterling) and do not include VAT as we are not registered.

Payment

Payment is via our website or over the phone (02081440258) and we use Paypal only to process the payment. Through Paypal we are able to accept most debit and credit cards. Items will not be sent for delivery until the total payment has been received.

Packaging

We always try our best to ensure that all our products are packaged to the highest standard possible. DVD’s will arrive in a sealed padded envelope and larger items will be packaged appropriately.

Delivery

We try and send out all orders within 24hrs of payment but as we are a small company please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

We do charge for delivery but we try and make it as fair as possible. Please check your basket for the delivery cost before confirming your order.

Any pdf and video downloads are free.

Returns

taylormation will refund any unwanted products if they are still in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note we will not refund the cost of postage.

Refunds

If you believe the product to be faulty please return it to us for testing. We will happily replace or refund any faulty goods. Please note we will not refund the cost of postage.
